This Privacy Policy explains how Fluxx Tech ("we", "us") collects and uses personal data when you use FluxxChat (the "Service").

1. Who is responsible for what

• For your account data (your name, business details, login, billing), we decide how it is used.
• For your customers' data (contacts, phone numbers, messages you upload or send), you are in control as the business, and we process it on your behalf to run the Service.

2. Data we collect

• Account details: name, business name, email, phone, GSTIN, billing address.
• Contact data you add: names, phone numbers, emails, tags and custom fields, and records of consent or opt-out.
• Messages: content, templates, media, delivery status and timestamps for messages sent and received through WhatsApp.
• Payments: payment and invoice records. Card and UPI details are handled by our payment provider (Razorpay) and are not stored by us.
• Technical data: IP address, browser, device and activity logs for security and troubleshooting.

3. How we use data

To provide and secure the Service, send and receive WhatsApp messages, process payments and issue invoices, give support, prevent misuse, meet legal duties and improve the product. We do not sell personal data.

4. Who we share data with

• Meta / WhatsApp (WhatsApp Business Platform) to deliver messages. Their own privacy terms apply.
• Razorpay for payments.
• Hosting, email and infrastructure providers who help us run the Service.
• Authorities, when the law requires it.

5. Retention

We keep data while your account is active and for as long as needed for legal, tax and accounting reasons (for example, invoices). Webhook and technical logs are deleted after a limited period. You can ask us to delete your account data, subject to legal retention duties.

6. Security

We use encrypted connections, hashed passwords, encrypted storage for access tokens and access controls. No system is perfectly secure, and you should also protect your login and your team's access.

7. Your rights

Under applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data and to withdraw consent. If you are a customer of one of our business users, please contact that business first.

8. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and protect your session. We do not use advertising cookies in the dashboard.

9. Children

The Service is for businesses and is not meant for children.

10. Changes

We may update this policy and will show the new date above.
